When I return for my eight and ninth visits to Syria at the end of October and for Christmas Day. Your money will be given directly and in full with zero deductions to orphanages, women’s groups and others who look after Syria’s tens of thousands of orphans. My self-funded journey will take me and my 24 strong group to Damascus, Maaloula, Saidnaya, Homs, Aleppo, Palmyra and Deir Ezzor, where we hope to cross the Euphrates. Your money is important to help Syria’s unsung heroes give these child victims immediate help and some kind of a future. Securing them a future will take a lot of work and examples, such as you can do by giving in this direct way to those who need your help the most.
As I will be leaving for Damascus on 22 October and again on 15 December, your help is needed before those dates. Though I will also be distributing $10,000 raised from other sources and about $2000 of electronic equipment, the more I can distribute, the more optimism we can give to them.
The photo above is of me in front of a tank in Maaloula on Easter Sunday 2014, just after the Syrian Army freed it. Maaloula like Aleppo, Homs and most other places has not been forgotten and its women and orphans left to their own devices. The road back for them will be a long one but your contributions can help a lot.
On our last visit in March 2017, we gave the money we had collected to the Melkite Church, the Syriac Orthodox Church in Aleppo, to women working on art therapy with orphans in the Old City of Damascus and to other good causes and people.
I am an Irish citizen, a professor of finance who has written extensively on Syria and who has brought Syrian Muslim and Christian leaders to the Irish Parliament form my own resources. This is the latest in a number of ongoing initiatives to help those who need help the most.

Dear Mr Martin Quinn of the “Tipperary” Peace Foundation
Please answer in detail the following so that we may update our files.
1. Who funds the “Tipperary” Peace Convention?
2. Who funded the security details for Mr John Kerry and other high-profile American winners of “your” prize?
3. Was the money you raised from the raffle to spend two nights’ B&B (mid-week) at the Clonmel Park Hotel, Tipperary, which you advertised on 25 January and again on 17 May, enough to cover the massive bills or had you a chicken raffle as well? When, if ever, will you announce the winner(s)?
4. What is your relationship with the Unification Church’s (Moonies’) Global Peace Convention and with Dr Tony Devine, one of their main operatives? Why are you its only European branch?
6. Do the Moonies fund your group? Do they help to choose the short list for your prize? If not, why not?
7. Who chooses the short list? What are their professional or other qualifications to do so?
8. By what authority do you accept that the White Helmets are worthy winners of your prize?
9. Should Russophobes award peace prizes?
10. Given your own rabid Russophobia, do you think paid lobbyists like Anna Nolan or NATO countries implicated in destroying Syria are credible or partisan sources?
11. Was it the work of Carl Sunstein, Samantha Power’s husband, on conspiracy theories, or the advice of Anna Nolan’s employers that got you to dismiss the overwhelming evidence implicating the White Helmets as the war criminals that they are?
11. Will you accompany us to the Syrian Arab Republic in October, at Christmas and/or at Easter to explain in person your collusion against them to the Syrian people? If not, why not?
12. Now that the Syrian Arab Army has broken the siege of Deir Ezzor, and the British, Jordanians, Qataris and Turks have all folded, do the Tipperary Moonies intend to be the last Syrian terrorist apologists standing?
Dear President Michael Higgins, Archbishop Eamon Martin, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, Foreign Minister Simon Coveney et al
The White Helmets kidnapped, raped and organ harvested hundreds of Shia children at Rashideen on April 15th 2017. We will record and disseminate any association, however tenuous, you or yours have with these butchers, as the Moonies award them their “Tipperary” Peace Prize this Wednesday. The White Helmets are war criminals who belong in jail, not in Tipperary.
Dear Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Foreign Minister Simon Coveney
Upon our return from a major international fact-finding mission to the Syrian Arab Republic in early November, Irish citizens accompanying us will report to both of you in person on the hundreds of Shia children, who were recently murdered, raped and organ harvested by the White Helmets murder gang. Meanwhile, for your own sake, for your party’s sake, for Ireland’s sake, for the sake of the people of Syria and all other victims of ISIS terrorism, please boycott the Moonies’ 6th September presentation of their “Tipperary” Peace Prize to the White Helmets Al Qaeda war criminals. The White Helmets belong in jail, not in Tipperary.

Minister Finian McGrath’s attached letter of 4th inst. refers. Irish passport holder and senior Ahrar al-Sham godfather Eyad Shaar masterminded this massacre of Shia children; the White Helmets murder gang, which the Oireachtas welcomed on very many occasions, were also centrally involved. This massacre took place in the Idlib Caliphate which GOAL funds to the tune of tens of millions of euros. Prominent Irish-American Syrian resident, Ms Lilly Martin, can fill you in on the war crimes of Irish citizens Mahdi al-Harati and Housam “Sam” Najjair, both of whom helped found, in Dublin’s fair city, the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), which perpetrated the recent Manchester and London terror attacks as well as countless war crimes in both Libya and Syria. Although these Irish guns-for-hire were hailed as heroes on the Late Late Show and in the Irish Times by colourful columnist Mary Fitzgerald, Syria’s Armenians regard Ireland’s Tokyo Rose and her head-hacking heroes as 1st degree war criminals. If it is war criminals you want, shop local.
If it is bigger fish you want to fry, then look no further than Ballsbridge and/or Co Clare. Although the USAF, thanks to their abuse of our neutrality at Shannon airport, recently murdered a staggering 40,000 civilians in Mosul and a further 20,000 in Raqqa, neither the US Embassy nor the US Ambassador have come in for the fanatical fascist attacks the Russian Embassy and the Russian Ambassador have had to endure in “neutral” Ireland, in your own Oireachtas included. The Russian Ambassador, HE Maxim Peshkov, has repeatedly assured me that Russian special forces will supply, gratis, armed protection for any group of Irish politicians wishing to visit the Syrian Arab Republic to assess the situation there for themselves. Because the Syrian authorities, together with their religious and civil leaders, are likewise ready to assist as, of course, am I, you, your colleagues and your civil servants should really visit Syria to formulate a worthwhile and independent policy rather than colluding in the discredited policies of the Pentagon, the Muslim Brotherhood and MI6, all of whom, as the current trial of Sir Mark Allen, MI6’s former boss, shows, have serious 1st degree war crimes charges to answer themselves.
Taking the Road to Damascus, actually going there, is essential to formulate any worthwhile or independent positions on the Syrian and Yemeni genocides. Your olagoning of “the denial of access to humanitarian and medical assistance in Syria” would cut some ice if Ireland was not, at NATO’s behest, imposing criminal medical sanctions on Syria, killing thousands of innocents in the process and berating Syrian surgeons and Syrian cardiologists who visit here to appraise you of the apocalypse your sanctions have visited upon their Syrian homeland.
You boast you have given 100,000€ to bring war criminals to book. Because Major General Issam Zahreddine, the latest high-profile Druze Syrian to be added to your EU list, has been totally surrounded by ISIS’ crack brigades in Deir ez-Zoir since October 2013, there is absolutely no way Zahreddine could have been involved at any level in the April 2017 Khan Shaykh crimes the EU’s war hawks say he helped orchestrate. Regarding the claims of ex British Army squaddie and certified psychiatric patient Paul Conroy that Zahreddine was involved in roughing up peaceful protesters in Homs, I have visited Homs’ Baba Amr neighbourhood where Conroy and his cut throats were holed up. I have met the locals who were made dig their rat tunnels at gun point and I have stood in a kindergarten which they blew up the following day, with massive loss of little innocent lives. The only reason that Zahreddine is only now being targeted for allegedly roughing up protesters in 2012 is because the Syrian Arab Army have won the war against Conroy’s killers in Homs and Zahreddine’s 104th Brigade are on the verge of winning it in Deir Ezzor too.
Once we return from Syria in early November, other Irish members of our delegation of your acquaintance will give you and your colleagues their take on how stands Syria. For my part, I will be preparing to spend Christmas Day as well as the Greek and Latin Easters in Syria, where we will help those who have survived thus far Irish jihadists, Irish sanctions, Irish collusion on the Golan and Irish foreign policy. Because I believe that you, your government and your party can do much better than that, we will continue to help open the door to peace in Syria and hope you will avail of it.
Finally, though I hope you enjoy U2 in Croke Park tonight, spare a moment to think of the victims of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group in Manchester, London, Libya and Syria
Although I’d liked to thank you for your forthright condemnation of yesterday’s incineration of busloads of Shia children by the Syrian rebels disgraced Irish NGOs and maverick NATO powers wholeheartedly support, I would like to draw your attention to the very biased nature of the Sunday Independent’s report which carried your statement but which otherwise used statements and photos from terrorist sources, including from the self-styled the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (a one-man pro-rebel fanatic operating from Coventry) and Civil Defence (which runs the notorious White Helmets death squads) and which disgustingly implied the rebel perpetrators suffered as much as the incinerated children. These sociopaths the Sunday Independent uses as credible sources are at the heart of the Syrian Crisis. They belong in jail, not in Irish newspapers.
Although we will be returning in October to government-held Syria with financial and other aid for the (Shia) women and children of Foua and Kefraya, as well as other distressed and destitute women and children in government-held Syria, we are not presently asking you for any funds, but are instead asking you to cease, with immediate effect, funding GOAL and any and every other Irish NGO that has any financial or other involvement with these child killers and to launch criminal investigations into their activities and those of the “radical socialists” and others who regularly attack, with impunity it seems, the Russian Embassy, and who have Ireland’s minority Muslim groups (Shia, Alawi, Ismaeil, Ahmadiya etc) living in perpetual fear.
We are also working to bring authentic secular Syrian voices to Ireland through the Foreign Affairs Committee or any similar group and I would like to thank your colleague, Minister Richard Bruton TD for his representations when we brought Syria’s Muslim and Christians leaders here last November. We are now trying to bring groups of secular women – Druze, Christian, Shia and Sunni, the type of normal, professional women these sociopathic rebels love to rape, organ harvest and kill – but we are facing much resistance from those small minority of Irish politicians who champion the baby killers.
I would like to thank you for your former support which allowed us, with the representations of Deputy Clare Daly and Senator David Norris to get Gafar Azouz back from a Turkish orphanage to his grandmother in Damascus, where he remains traumatised but safe. We are now again asking you for help in bringing Syrian-based women to Ireland to give witness and to get members of Fine Gael and any other mainstream party to join us in Syria at Halloween and/or at Christmas to see for themselves what Ireland’s policies are inflicting not only on baby Gafar Azouz and the children of Foua and Kefraya but on all of Syria’s children who are the true heroes of this demonic war against their homeland.
In conclusion, I would like to wish you and your family a happy Easter. Although I don’t know if Christ has risen, I do know that every devil in hell has been sent to Syria and that each and every one of those demons must be neutered, in Ireland as well as in Syria. I look forward to working with you and with all people of good will in that respect.
Dr Declan Hayes
Mr Brendan Smith, Chair,
Mr Noel Murphy, Clerk
Foreign Affairs Committee of the Joint Houses of the Oireachtas
Dear Deputy Smith and Mr Murphy
Given today’s latest atrocity by the White Helmets murder gang where these “humanitarians” murdered over 100 sick and/or elderly Shia women and children being evacuated from Foua and Kefraya, I would again repeat my request to you to allow the secular Syrian women I have organised based in the Syrian Arab Republic put their case and the case of all Syrian-based secularists to you and to the more balanced members of your Committee. I would ask you to do this in a formal meeting not only as a humanitarian act but to also counter balance the platform your Committee have given the perpetrators and supporters of this vile act.
When we return to Syria in October, we will, inter alia, be giving a significant donation to the relief of the surviving children and women of those two villages, who have been bombed and besieged for four years now by the White Helmets and allied terrorist groups and who have received not one solitary penny from GOAL, the controversial Irish NGO, which pumps tens of millions of dollars into Idlib, the Syrian caliphate which, a few besieged outposts like Foua and Kegraya apart, is totally controlled by the armed sociopaths who committed this act and with whom, it appears, GOAL is all too happy to collaborate.
The situation in Syria and beyond is, as you know, spiralling out of control, due in no small part due to the efforts of those who are slaughtering vulnerable minorities not only in Syria but also in Egypt, Yemen and Libya where sub-Saharan Africans are now routinely sold at slave auctions. Although the role our army has played has been exemplary, the role of GOAL and other Irish groups and individuals must be examined with a view to criminal prosecution for complicity in these war crimes.
Although lobbying local TDs, sympathetic members of your Committee, making donations and so on is all well and good, very much more has to be done to stop these Arab equivalents of the Shankill Butchers and their fellow travellers, far too many of whom live in Ireland. Your Committee could help a lot by agreeing to see, say in late November or early December, the secular Syrian-based Druze, Shia, Christian and Sunni Syrian women, who have volunteered to come to Ireland at their expense (and mine). Though it is bad enough these people are being exterminated, we must not abandon yet more of them to this grisly fate. I look forward to your reply when you return after the Easter break.
My recent interview on al Mayadeen, available here and here, has been well received. In it, I allude to disgraced Irish front group, GOAL (which USAID uses to channel tens of millions of dollars to the Idlib caliphate), Ivana Bacik (whose family fled Czechoslovakia shortly after the Nazis surrendered it in 1945 ) and hard liner Ali Selim (of the controversial Clonskeagh mosque).
These links here, here and here show Selim, the SCR lot and notorious suicide bomber Terry Kelly protesting together at the Belgian Embassy in May 2010. Selim has yet to apologise to the Belgian and Irish people over this. Note the reporter is controversial asset Mary Fitzgerald, who has a very close working relationship with the Libya and Syrian terrorists based in Ireland who helped Clinton and the CIA ship chemical weapons to Syria from Libya (where even the pro humanitarian Guardian newspaper now admits Africans are now openly sold at slave auctions) and the Independent, which now admits the USA has murdered hundreds of Syrians over this Easter week in ways that mirror earlier attacks they have been implicated in and on which Trump threatened nuclear war. I write about all of these Irish-based assets here. Though the various foreign intelligence services have a wide number of assets working in Ireland to further their nefarious agendas, much more must and will be done to stop them in both Syria and Ireland
Let’s see if those who recently attacked the Russian Embassy now front up at the American Embassy to protest this latest atrocity or if the “socialist” Englishman who is at the centre of these attacks will even picket his own embassy.
Our plans are simple:
1. Return to Syria for 26 October to November 5th 2017; 19 December-28 December 2017. If you wish to join us, please contact me. Price: $449 US from Beirut airport and back, 9 nights, 10 days. visas, hotels and half board included.
2. Raise money and equipment (cameras etc) for Syrians to tell their own story and to get on with defending humanity against ISIS, against Ireland for ISIS, against humanitarian bombers and all their fellow travelers and apologists, both Irish and other.
The photos above surrounding Holocaust denier Sean Spicer are of Syrian children murdered by the USA and her proxies either by sanctions (freezing to death), by gassing or by suicide bomb attacks on their kindergartens. Though in time, all of these victims of Gulf State and NATO aggression will be appropriately remembered, for now, the dead, must, as the Bible says, bury the dead. We have to concentrate on the living, those wonderful women and children who still resist ISIS, al Qaeda, the Free Syrian Army and their Irish, NATO and Gulf State supporters.
Why did ISIS immediately follow the U.S. air attack with a coordinated ground attack?Who gave them advance notice of the pending U.S. attack?
Why did the U.S. rely on terrorists to provide evidence of the attack? The White Helmets are clearly part of al Qaeda. Should the U.S. base military decisions on the word of terrorists who murdered 3,000 Americans on 9-11?
The Syrian Observatory for Human Right, based in London is funded by British intelligence, MI-6. Why are we relaying on a notoriously deceitful propaganda mill for our decisions?
Look who’s celebrating: John McCain and Lindsay Graham; Hillary Clinton; ISIS. Doesn’t that tell you which side we’re on?
Donald Trump illegal bombing of a Syria airport solely dedicated to attacking ISIS is the latest in the USA’s 16 year-long hot war against the secular Arab world, which it wages, based on a tissue of lies, with Al Qaeda, Qatar and Saudi Arabia and which it previously waged in Afghanistan with its same repulsive proxies of Al Qaeda, the so-called CIA’#s Arab Legion.
When people ask what does the “benevolent” USA get out of all this, the answer is all that US policy in the Middle East always wanted: proxy states, their oil money, arms sales and control. The destruction of both Libya and Iraq were hugely profitable not only for the oil but for the funds, art galleries and museums the USA and its proxies looted. The fact that the USA’s allies, most notably Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Israel, have, along with the USA itself, track records in such matters should be noted.
But what of the children is the cry that is supposed to stampede our emotions into supporting Israel, the USA, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar into killing more Syrian children? Ok, let’s think of the children, the dead ones to begin with. Last week, the USAF incinerated 200 of them in Mosul and not a peep of protest was heard in the West from rent a crowd. This morning, the USA murdered six Syrians and orphaned many more.
But they were not gassed, you say. True, but the kids in the above photo were gassed to death three years ago in Akrama school in Homs (45 were murdered then) and there was not a peep of protest then by rent a crowd because the moderate rebels. the USA’s proxies, did it. The US did not try to bully the UN and nor did it threaten illegal, unilateral action of the sort that allowed the USA, her allies and their proxies ravage Libya and which we again saw last night. The USA and her allies have repeatedly turned a blind eye to their rebel proxies gassing Iraqi and Syrian kids.
The USA is the core of the problem, and is not the solution. It has destroyed Iraq and illegally occupies part of Syria and murders Syrians in concert with its allies, who are amongst the most despicable regimes on earth.
This is a fake false flag attack and those calling for no fly zones, safe zones and so on have, working on their “successful” Libyan model, been calling for them for the last seven years as a means of destroying Syria and handing it over to the butchers and cannibals who rule Idlib. They have not only been caught lying again and again but have been caught stockpiling and using chemical weapons both in Aleppo and in Iraq. They have been caught with the smoking gun on countless occasions.
The USA, their Saudi and Qatari allies and their ISIS and al Qaeda proxies have paid pro humanitarian bombing groups like Human Rights Watch, GOAL and Amnesty International (which encouraged the widescale lynching of blacks in Libya) shilling for them.
I mention that not to boast but to point out that literally hundreds of British and Irish based professional;s are up to their eyes in jihad in Syria, Iraq and Libya and I have entries on many of them here.
For my own part, I intend to update this basic reference guide which you can download for free; the work of PhD Chemistry student and MIT associate researcher Mimi Laham, videod above, appears more than once in it disproving earlier chemical weapons’ claims. War or no war, I also intend to return to government-held Syria for both Halloween and for Christmas, both of which are celebrated in government-held Syria and both of which bring an automatic death sentence in the side the USA supports and has always supported.
So, yes, I will continue to think of the children. The children the USA and its proxies murder, the children they cynically use in their snuff videos and other propaganda and the children of liberated Aleppo, photographed above, the USA, her allies and their proxies have scarred for life, just as they previously scarred the children of Vietnam, El Salvador, Nicaragua, the Philippines, Mexico, Yemen, Iraq, Libya and so many other places the USA with her exceptionalism, her Manifest Destiny and her rampant greed and insufferable arrogance destroyed.
The Syrian people, their army, which has dispatched into Hades well in excess of 70,000 foreign mercenaries, and their secular government have stayed strong despite the unprecedented attacks on them. Once Iran, Russia, China and Lebanese and other irregulars continue to stand with them there is hope for Syria, and for the world. Thanks to Syria’s enemies, there is no other hope.
The St Petersburg slaughter by the Syrian rebels has been forgotten in the rush to bomb Syria; #syriahoax trended on twitter with some informative posts; the abandoned Christians of Mhardeh, N. Hama together with the Syrian and Russian Armies, are preparing to make a last stand against the Saudi, Turkish and Qatari rebels the USA arms, trains and funds: it is imperative for the USA’s grand plan to do an Iraq on Syria and cleanse it of Christians; sanctions are still killing Syrian children at a higher rate than ISIS; the next round of fake talks are due to begin soon and the #SyriaHoax was implemented to strengthen the hand of the rebel “negotiators” whose forte is caging women and organ harvesting children,The rather than arguing their indefensible corner. The fact that Israel has said it will step up its pro ISIS humanitarian bombing of Syria shows us just how bad things are.
Assad and Me: I was in Homs and Damascus for the Syrian Presidential election. Assad has an overwhelming mandate from the Syrian people, as one would expect a war President to have. Trump has none. His troops illegally occupy Syria and he murders Syrian soldiers and civilians. In Syria, he is the criminal.
Once Assad Goes: So too will Christians, Druze and other minorities as they will have no future there, save as sex slaves or spare parts in the rebels’ organ harvesting factories. Of course, this war is not about Assad at all but rather about replacing the secularism he represents. Nor is it about promoting democracy for, it it were, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar could have no role to play. Nor is it about murdering children for if it were, then Saudi Arabia and her German, American, French and British arms suppliers would be in the media’s cross hairs because of their unparalleled war crimes in Yemen. But then the media with its fake news and its serial collaboration in war crimes should also be in the cross hairs.
The above people, along with very many of their compatriots, belong in The Hague. But the USA says it will invade if any of its citizens are tried as the war criminals that they are. Although the hypocrisy of the USA and her proxies, toadies, flunkeys and sundry allies is bad enough, their willful slaughter of Syria’s innocents, children included, is beyond disgusting. If Trump really must bomb any belligerent, he should bomb the USA, the guiltiest party to this and so many other conflicts.
There is, of course, my other infinitely more honourable exit strategy, that entails working with Russia, Armenia, Iran and other peace makers and not enriching the USA’s arms manufacturers or kowtowing to Saudi and Qatari despots. Trump has made his money. He does not have to be another Clinton or Obama, another carpet bagger on the make. He could try to be human. And respect humans, Syrians included, even if that is the antithesis of USA foreign policy.
Chemical and biological weapons are the poor country’s equivalent of the rich country’s nuclear arsenal. Syria possessed chemical weapons as a weapon of last resort against an Israeli invasion. Because Israel currently illegally occupies parts of Syria and Israel collaborates with Al Qaeda in the Golan against UN, Druze and Syrian forces and because Israel is now threatening a “humanitarian war” against Syria, this is a very real possibility but, much to Israel’s delight, Syria no longer has any deterrent to stop further aggression..
Following the Ghouta false flag attack (pp106 et seq), where David Cameron and other war mongers in hock to Saudi Arabia wanted to use to do a Libya on Syria, Russia brokered a peace deal which meant Syria surrendering its chemical stockpile in return for Russia’s assistance with the defence of Syria.
Though these frauds, liars and charlatans are easily exposed, the problem is they are funded and trained by the West and so their lies never stop. Though that would be ok in a kindergarten (schools for babies the rebels regularly bomb), people die as a result of their criminality and of our failure to stop them.
Check these links here and here to consider the case of Louise Mensch who says the most bizarre and stupid things about Putin but is rewarded very handsomely for it in the USA. Until these puppets can be effectively muzzled and the CIA ventriloquist taken to task, the killing will continue.
